Starting from 1 May 2024, for technical reasons, free access to the CIP lounge of Astana airport is temporarily suspended for holders of Mastercard premium cards.

This measure is required to eliminate technical issues and ensure a continued uninterrupted experience for our customers.

The Mastercard international payment system is making every effort to restore free access to the CIP lounge as soon as possible.
